MUI’s structure was developed using the concepts from “The Purpose Driven Church” by Rick Warren and was designed to drive the achievement of the church’s five core purposes:

(1) Worship   

(2) Evangelism   

(3) Fellowship   

(4) Discipleship   

(5) Ministry

A 6th element, Administration, serves as the live-wire of the organization and supports the vision of the church through fiscal management & budgeting, logistics & internal coordination, and strategic support.
