Mission United International (MUI) is an Assemblies of God Church founded in 1999 by Rev. Nelly Montalvo. MUI is now led by Apostle Juan Mendez & Sr. Pastor Christina Cruz-Mendez who have continued to build on MUI’s legacy with a new heart and vision for this church. Juan & Christina previously served MUI for 13 years in a myriad of functions as part of its Core Leadership Team before taking over as Lead Pastors. Juan & Christina have been together for 25+ years and have two adult children.

MUI’s central location is in Yonkers, NY but also has annexed locations in Quevedo, Ecuador and El Rodeo, Guatemala. In this new year we have targeted to expand further in the city of Yonkers. Future plans include creating an annex location for our IGNITE Bible Study, rolling out John Maxwell Leadership Training, continuing with specialized ministry team-building, as well as mentoring & home life groups.

At MUI we use a simple process for the development & discipleship of our Church to prepare congregants for church membership. We are fully dedicated & committed to oversee the growth and development of MUI. We are a bible-based church from Old Testament to New Testament fully grounded on Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
